Hitch a pair of bands to something solid out to the sides, like the posts of a cross-over machine. Then hold the other ends in your hands, then grab the dumbbells.
You will need to use dumbbells for this because the bands will be pulling your hands out to the sides while you activate the pecs continuously to keep the dumbbells in close together...all while doing the pullover.
This will turn your chest to jelly after a few sets (in a good way).
