http://www.illinoisbackpain.com/ Bottom line is after years of trying different therapies things are 90% improved. I'm hoping for 100% and rather confident that will happen. I do run up to 13 miles at a time so that probably helped and hurt at the same time. I did find that my left leg was longer than my right and evidently contributed to fairly severe scoliosis. I now run on the other side of the street with the slant of the sidewalk lower on the left.
Long way to get to my question, but "wedging" in the lumbar was reported on a bone density scan. I have the picture of the area and could only see it in one vertebra, but quite marked and by my own diagnosis probably the root of my lower back. I wondered if this is the normal shape in this area and what I should do about it. This seems to be the only remaining spot where trouble exists. I keep hoping stretching will resolve it.
